Hello and welcome to the 2024 season! We are looking forward to welcoming you to our beautiful campsite from May 1st. This summer will be full of exciting adventures and unforgettable memories.
The barn will be open from the Midsummer celebration, and we will do our best to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all our guests.
We are pleased to inform you that our rental cabins and apartments are available, and you can look forward to fantastic hiking and fishing opportunities in the beautiful area around the campsite.

We offer a selection of cabins in three different sizes: Small, medium, and large. These cabins provide you with the opportunity to enjoy your time at the campsite in complete comfort and style. All cabins are modern and well-equipped, offering everything you need for a pleasant stay. With their ideal location by the water's edge, you'll always wake up to fantastic views and fresh air.

Garvikstrondi Camping is located just a few kilometers from the center of Seljord, offering a convenient base for exploring the area around Lifjell and Seljordsvatnet. Garvikstrondi Camping is a large family campsite that offers a wide range of activities and facilities for the whole family to enjoy. Although the campsite is surrounded by nature and tranquility, it is only 160 kilometers from Oslo and just an hour from Skien, making it easily accessible for both locals and travelers alike.

And don't worry, the kids will also have something to look forward to with our special children's menu. Whether you prefer to sit indoors or enjoy the outdoors, there's plenty of space both inside and out. With all rights, you can also enjoy a refreshing drink or a glass of wine with your meal. So come and experience the great atmosphere and delicious flavors at the barn at Garvikstrondi Camping. The barn will be open from Friday, June 21st, to Saturday, August 10th, in addition to the Dyrskuen event.
