Garvikstrondi Camping offers activities for both young and old. The beach with a bathing pier and diving tower is a natural choice when the weather is nice. We have a large playground and other activities suitable for all ages and weather conditions. If you want to rent a boat for fishing, we have local experts with knowledge of the area and fishing equipment selection.
Should you be interested in visiting one or more of the many tourist attractions in Telemark, we would be more than happy to assist you with suggestions and advice on destinations. Telemark is a beautiful and varied county that, in addition to many popular and well-known destinations, offers great hiking areas for both the adventurous mountain hiker and those who want to enjoy themselves by a quiet lake.
At the campsite, we offer:
- Rental of motorboats, rowboats, canoes, and pedal boats.
- Large playground with trampoline, mini golf, billiard golf, slides, swings, climbing house, sandbox, water trampoline, and water tubing.
- Activity room with billiards, air hockey, darts, TV, and arcade games.
- Great hiking terrain around the campsite with good fishing opportunities in large and small lakes
